Questions

Plain-English answers

Is the $500 really all of it?
Yes, for a standard small business site using your photos and information. If you want something bigger — online booking, a shop, twenty pages — I'll quote that separately before any work starts.
Do I have to take a monthly plan?
Yes. The $500 is that low because the plan is what keeps it going. A site nobody maintains starts costing you calls within a year — and I'd rather not build something and watch it rot.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month, thirty days' notice. Move up or down a plan whenever you want.
Do I own it?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you ever leave, you take it with you.
What counts as "changes"?
New prices, new hours, a new team member, swapping photos, fixing a typo, adding a service. Text and pictures. You call or text me and it's done.
What if I go over my minutes?
On small things I don't watch the clock. If something's genuinely a bigger job, I'll tell you what it costs first — never a surprise invoice.
